Theresa Zick — Clarinet

 Theresa Zick is an active freelance  clarinetist in Chicago. She held the position of Acting Assistant  Principal, Second, and E-flat Clarinet of the Nashville Symphony during  the 2021 - 2023 seasons. Outside of orchestral work, Theresa has recorded for companies such as Disney and EA Games.

Theresa  holds a master’s degree from DePaul University and bachelor’s degrees  in both clarinet performance and music education from the University of  Michigan. 

A dedicated teacher, Theresa has taught for over ten years. Most  recently, she served as clarinet faculty at the Birch Creek Music  Festival for the summer of 2023. Prior to her time in Nashville, she  taught clarinet and general music for The People's Music School and the  Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra.
